**TENNIS COURT** - Playing Time: 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. - Bookings are to be made in person at the Security Guardhouse and are subjected to the following conditions: - Strictly only residents with valid resident / facility card are permitted to book the courts. - Bookings must be made in person and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. - Bookings are opened every Wednesday, for the residents to make reservation of the court for the following week (i.e. for the following Monday to Sunday). Wednesday and Thursday are designated as Restricted Booking Days and during these two (2) days, each unit is only entitled to book a maximum of 2 hours of play. - Thereafter (after the restricted booking days), each unit can book any length of time for the week provided there are vacancies. - All bookings are not transferable. - Residents who are unable to turn up for their session of play inform the Booking Office at least one hour before the playing time. - In the case of no turn-ups, the booked hours will automatically be forfeited after a fifteen minutes grace. - General - No smoking, drinking, eating, gambling, pets or other activities, other than the respective game is permitted in the court. - All players must be in proper attire for the game. Shoes and balls used must be of the non-marking types. Any players found not complying to these will be barred from the court. - Residents will not be permitted into any court without a valid resident / facility card, which they must produce for identification. - Residents must produce their facility pass for identification before the Management personnel will switch on lights for the courts. - At least one resident from the apartment who booked the court must be present when their guests are playing. - Only six persons are permitted into each court at any one time. - Residents will be held responsible for any damages caused by their guests or themselves. Any damages caused by the previous players must be reported to the booking office immediately before the commencement of the game. - Players must vacate the courts when their sessions of play end. - Only coaches accredited/sanctioned by the Management Corporation are permitted to conduct coaching lessons on the court. - The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or loss sustained by residents and their guests, howsoever caused, during the use of these facilities.
